Minshull Warehouse

Take a look at a Victorian shipping warehouse that played a starring role in Manchester’s Industrial Revolution-era textiles boom. Later, Baracuta fell for it, using the warehouse as the manufacturing home of its famous Harrington Jacket. We’ve lovingly restored this Grade II-listed beauty, mixing original features and contemporary design to create some of the city’s most-wanted apartments. Available from June 2021.
