Minshull Warehouse

Take a look at a Victorian shipping warehouse

…that played a starring role in Manchester’s Industrial Revolution textiles boom. Later, Baracuta fell for it, using Minshull Warehouse to manufacture its famous Harrington Jacket. We’ve lovingly restored this Grade II-listed beauty. Now, original features mix with playful design – think bright, exciting colours next to exposed beams – to create some of the city’s most individual apartments. With double-height ceilings, loads of living space and a location tucked between our garden and the soon-to-be bustling Chorlton Square these apartments have very limited availability.
