Join us for a weekend of wellness at Kampus to celebrate the launch of our exceptional new gym

At Kampus we’re passionate about balancing lifestyle and wellness for our residents and wider community and our Mind Body Fitness weekend has been programmed to leave you feeling revitalised and refreshed, with a better understanding of your own body and mind.

Our highly skilled instructors will take you through a rich variety of sessions, from flexibility and HIIT to meditation and breathwork.

The weekend will take place in all our favourite places at Kampus to work out. Our gym which features free weights, cardio and core equipment, as well as a yoga studio and a full-length balcony.

You can choose from Saturday or Sunday, or the whole weekend. Free for residents or £20 per day. Lunch and a complimentary goodie bag is included.

Saturday 4th September 9:30 -16:30


Morning: Variety of HIIT workouts and opportunities to speak with a physiotherapist.


Lunch: Provided by local eatery, The Green Lab, dedicated to creating healthy food which leaves you feeling refreshed and satisfied.


Afternoon: Talks with a plethora of fitness and health speakers, with the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.


To close: As the day comes to an end, you will experience time to listen to your mind and body through mindful meditation, immersing you in a state of deep relaxation and calmness.


Sunday 5th September 9:30 – 15:30


Morning: Sessions focus on teaching you how to embrace your body’s natural ability to be present and focused through a series of breathing activities and workshops based around sound and breath.


Lunch: Provided by The Green Lab, a Lifestyle Destination Store which leaves you feeling refreshed and satisfied.


Afternoon: Flexibility sessions, allowing your body to relax and relieve tension.


To close: Visit the professionally trained masseuses, in which you will be able to deepen your state of relaxation, further relieving any physical or mental tension.
